University Facilities is responsible for the repair, maintenance, replacement, renovations and construction, of all Rutgers University buildings, grounds and infrastructure. Our area of operation encompasses more than 1,009 buildings representing 29 million square feet across the state of New Jersey—from farm structures to high-tech research, medical and clinical facilities.
