RU Golf Course is open to the general public. We look to open on or before March 15 and close mid-December, weather permitting. All reservations and cancellations outside of 24 hours must be made by using the online service. Players must check-In 15 Minutes prior to their Tee-Time to ensure that they do not forfeit their tee time.
Reservations & Restrictions
· Daily Reservations: No Restrictions
· 6 Days in Advance (booked after 8PM eastern standard time: No Restrictions)
· 8 Days in Advance (booked after 8PM eastern standard time: Must be a member of the 8th-day advance tee time booking program)
· Standing Weekend Tee Time: Must be a member of the 8th-day advance tee time booking program and win the position in the Tee Time Lottery

Cancellations
Cancellations and modifications can be made through your online foreUP account 24 hours a day. You may also call the pro shop at (848) 445-2637 for assistance during normal operating hours. Lottery position tee times must be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice to the course to avoid a no-show fee. *RU Golf Course will only issue rain checks for closing of the course. This decision will be made by the management staff.
No-Show Policy
We have made the difficult decision to charge a no show fee and a credit card will now be required when booking a reservation. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your tee time or the person who made the reservation will be responsible for the no show fee for all players booked and for those who did not fulfill the tee time. Your credit card WILL NOT be charged at the time of booking. Players must check in with the pro shop and pay their green fees a minimum of 15 minutes prior to their tee time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your tee time.
· First offense – Email warning to the reservation holder.
· Second offense - $10 fee per reservation slot that is not fulfilled.
· Additional no-shows will result in applicable charges to the named credit card and booking privileges may be suspended/revoked.
Please Note: All no shows that were made through the Golf Now booking portal for play at RU Golf Course will be charged back to Golf Now for the full amount of the number of players booked on the first offense. We are unable to offer a warning the reservation was booked through a third-party site. If you have any questions, please contact Golf Now directly."
