In addition to a letter of interest, include the following information:

1. Complete and return Rutgers University Contractor’s Profile/Owner's Representative Form
    
2. Company Brochure (if available, graphics recommended)
    
3. Summary: List of completed/active projects for each project type indicated on the profile form
    
4. Updated AIA form A-305 “Contractors Qualification Statement” with a cover letter. Forms may be obtained from the American Institute of Architects
    
5. Dunn & Bradstreet Report: one copy of the most recent report
    
6. 6. NJ Certification: 
   General Contractors: Submit NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate
   Owner's Representative: State of NJ Business Registration Certificate
